Ithurtsmyeyes provides technical consulting services, industrial lighting system audits, courses on calculating optical contrast on screens, energy efficiency optimization, and corporate ergonomic design. All services are provided in accordance with the detailed descriptions in the commercial offer and on the website ithurtsmyeyes.com.
The Client undertakes to provide complete and accurate information regarding the spaces and equipment subject to the audit. Ithurtsmyeyes undertakes to perform the services with professional diligence, respecting applicable technical standards. Any change to the scope of work requires the written agreement of both parties.
Ithurtsmyeyes assumes no liability for indirect damages or loss of profit caused by the improper use of the recommendations provided. The total liability of the company is limited to the value of services rendered in the last 12 months. The Client is responsible for implementing the recommended measures and for complying with local safety regulations.
All fees are specified in the commercial offer. Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date. In case of course cancellation at least 7 days in advance, 100% of the amount is refunded. For late cancellations, a fee of 30% of the service value is charged.
Either party may unilaterally terminate the contract with a 30-day notice. In the event of non-fulfillment of contractual obligations by the Client, Ithurtsmyeyes may immediately suspend services, without penalty.
Ithurtsmyeyes reserves the right to modify these terms. Users will be notified by email 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the services after this period constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
